We do not transform data on arrival and hope it was right. Every record lands raw first, and each later layer is rebuildable from the one before it.

  • Landing / raw. Every message, document and file stored exactly as received and time-stamped — your audit trail and your safety net.

Some data needs to be minutes old. Most does not. We size the pipeline to the decision it supports rather than to what sounds impressive.

  • ETL or ELT. Whichever suits your platform, volume and licensing — we are not attached to one pattern.
  • Incremental loads. Only what changed, so nightly windows stay short as volume grows.
  • Near-real-time where it matters. Message-driven loads for the feeds where a day-old answer is useless.
  • Historical backfill. Years of legacy data loaded and reconciled against the source before anyone reports on it.
  • Monitored end to end. Run status, row counts and failure alerts — so a silent pipeline is not mistaken for a quiet week.

We deliberately start with one source system and one question worth answering, which typically produces something real within the first phase rather than at the end of the programme. The full picture grows source by source from there.

Often, yes — and usually the problem is not the platform. Trust is lost to unmatched records, silent load failures and undefined metrics. We audit what is there, find where the numbers diverge from source, and rebuild the layers that need it instead of starting over by reflex.

Wherever you need it to. Your own servers, your own cloud subscription, or infrastructure we manage for you. The choice is usually driven by your compliance posture and existing licensing, and we will lay out the trade-offs before you decide.

Encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, audit logging, and de-identified or masked data in non-production environments. Access to PHI is limited to the people whose role requires it, and every transfer and query path is documented.

You keep everything — the warehouse, the pipelines, the models and the documentation, on infrastructure you control. We hand over runbooks and walk your team or your next partner through it.
