The IT practice
Integration developers, data engineers and BI specialists who work in healthcare formats every day — HL7, FHIR, CCDA, X12, APIs and files.
Healthite builds the integrations, warehouses and reporting that put a healthcare organization's information in one place — so decisions are made from evidence rather than from whichever system was easiest to open.
Healthite began as a revenue cycle company. Our people spent years inside EHRs, practice management systems, clearinghouses and payer portals — chasing claims that failed for reasons nobody could see from a dashboard.
What we kept running into was not a billing problem. It was a data problem. The information needed to answer a simple question lived in four systems that had never been introduced to each other, and every organization was solving it with the same spreadsheet and the same tired analyst.
So we built the engineering practice we had needed as operators. Today that is our main business: integrations, interface development, data warehousing and reporting for healthcare organizations — with the revenue cycle practice still running alongside it.
Healthcare organizations are not short of data. They are short of a place where all of it can be seen at once, defined consistently, and trusted enough to act on. Closing that gap is the whole of our work.
A number that is nearly right is worse than no number, because someone will act on it. We reconcile before we publish.
You see the same data, definitions and documentation we do. No black boxes, and no work only one person understands.
PHI is handled with least-privilege access, encryption and audit trails as a default, not as a phase at the end of a project.
We build things you could run without us, and hand over the documentation to prove it. Lock-in is not a business model.
Two practices under one roof — and the reason our technology work lands is that the people specifying it have done the job it supports.
Integration developers, data engineers and BI specialists who work in healthcare formats every day — HL7, FHIR, CCDA, X12, APIs and files.
Billing and AR specialists running the full revenue cycle — and the source of most of what our engineers know about payer data.
Whether we are building a warehouse or working a denial, success is measured the same way: did it give you something you can act on?
A US presence for the client relationship, and a delivery hub that keeps work moving while North America sleeps.
Client engagement, solution design and account management.
Engineering, data operations and revenue cycle delivery teams.
Tell us which systems hold your data and what you wish you could see. We will tell you honestly what it takes to get there.
